Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee records with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Coordinate communication between employees, management, and external partners, ensuring timely and clear information flow
- Support payroll preparation by gathering and verifying employee data and assisting with related queries
- Maintain and update HR databases and filing systems to ensure compliance with organisational and legal requirements
- Assist with organising training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance management processes
- Help prepare HR reports and documentation for audits or management review
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR procedures and policies through constructive feedback and collaboration
Required Qualifications
Must-haves:
- Proven experience in human resources support or administrative roles, demonstrating strong organisational skills
- Proficiency with HR software systems and standard office applications (such as Microsoft Office or equivalent)
- Clear understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with payroll processes and employee benefits administration
- Knowledge of current employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience contributing to employee engagement or learning and development initiatives
